Martin Flynn

Martin is an Irish-Belgian dual national whose main research interests include nuclear weapons and the foreign policy of major powers and how it relates to international conflict and development. As coordinator of the podcast team, Martin hopes to foster a positive and creative environment that harnesses each team members skills and interests to produce content on a wide variety of topics relating to security.

Apolline holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies with a specialisation in East Asia and a minor in Intelligence Studies. Passionate about data rights, privacy and surveillance, she wishes to pursue her career in the field of technology, ethics and politics.

Allison is a Social Psychologist specialized in Gender Studies. She is interested in research and projects in the areas of: security, criminology and gender.
Minalè Nouri

Minalè joined IMSISS in 2020 after she majored in Biology and Public Health with a minor in International Relations in the Netherlands. She is strongly engaged with issues of forced migration and conflict and regionally specialises in the Middle East and North Africa. Always up for a challenge, Minalè is part of the Events and Podcast team and enjoys collaborating with her peers on the creation of high-quality content.

Eugenio Montalti

Eugenio Montalti is a student of the International Master in Security, Intelligence and Strategic Studies (IMSISS), an EMJMD programme. He holds a B.A. in International and Diplomatic Sciences at the University of Bologna. He completed two semesters abroad in Poland and Norway and served as a European volunteer in Ukraine. His academic interests include cybersecurity, European and Northern Security, warfare, technology, and intelligence analysis.

Clara is a Master’s student at IMSISS. Her main areas of interest are the MENA region as well as the link between philosophy and security politics.

Christian Kutzscher

Christian is part of the 2022 IMSISS cohort and holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from the Johannes Gutenberg-university Mainz, Germany. During his studies he attended political simulations in Strasbourg and France as well as summer schools in Denmark and Poland. He has worked in Germany and Chile for the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung e.V. as well as for the Instytut Spraw Publicznych in Warsaw. His main focus of interest lies in the Central / Eastern European region, Diplomacy and Energy Security.
Shahd Magouri

Shahd Magouri , Shahd is a member of the Podcast team. She is a first year masters student in Security, Intelligence and Strategic Studies and is currently following the Causes of Conflict pathway at the University of Trento. Her field of interest includes international security and geopolitics with a regional focus on the MENA region.
